You can’t develop on your own.

There are several ways to accelerate your growth. You can choose to do training, coaching and other activities as part of a Brout School program. But you don’t need to participate in our programs to receive our support. We have a number of highly qualified professionals, each with their own expertise. Brout Support provides one-on-one support in a way that suits you or your team.

Peer consultation

As colleagues, you can learn from and with each other. During peer consultation, a group of 5 or 6 employees get together to discuss challenges in the workplace. A Brout coach will support you in finding solutions together.

Assessments

Brout offers selection and development assessments for employers and their employees. These assessments show you which capabilities and talents a candidate already has for a particular role and which could be further developed. We use capability testing, personality questionnaires, an in-depth interview and practical simulations. At the end, the results will be discussed with the candidate. You will also receive a report containing positive or negative advice.
